We will work with a professional setup & operations consulting team to deliver: Organizational Operations, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Finance, Business Process Management, Research & Development and Outsourcing. Operation period: 6 months and handover to the Clients afterward.
