22land Hotel & Residence (Idyllic Hotel) is a boutique hotel in Cau Giay, Hanoi with the capacity of 75 rooms. The owner commissioned D1 to create a unique design that makes the project stand distinct from the masses with its own compelling story and leave its signature mark on the landscape of the city.
The design of 22land Hotel & Residence imitates a bird nest. Guests residing in the hotel can immerse in a fantasy tropical forest, hearing the birds chirping from afar, tasting the freshness of raindrops, and sensing each subtle change in the ambience as each day unfolds.
Ý tưởng thiết kế khởi nguồn từ điểm giao thoa giữa nghệ thuật, thiên nhiên và kiến trúc. Sảnh lễ tân đóng vai trò là khu vực triển lãm chính để các nghệ sĩ mới trong làng hội họa Việt chinh phục du khách bằng các tác phẩm nghệ thuật của họ. Cách bài trí của tầng trệt lấy cảm hứng từ các làng nghề truyền thống ở Hà Nội.

The design concept is born from the intersection between art, nature and architecture. The reception hall serves as the main exhibition area for budding artists to impress visitors with their artworks. The ground floor’s layout takes inspiration from traditional craft villages in Hanoi.
